  • Where you do you ship to?
    We ship anywhere in the United States. Currently we do not offer International shipping but looking to add in the near future :)
  • Help! My package has not yet arrived! How can I track?
    Your shipping confirmation is sent as soon as the tracking information is logged. If you have not received your shipping confirmation, please contact us with your order number by either calling 862-251-8987 or email us at aroundthecornergiftshop@gmail.com. In the event the carrier has lost the package, please file a claim directly with the carrier as we are not responsible for lost packages once it has left our hands.
  • I would love to personalize a gift in your shop. Is that available?
    Yes! Most of the gifts are customizable to your liking as they are handcrafted by me :) Simply describe the personalization you wish within the product options prior to ordering. If we have any questions, we will reach out to you.
  • Do you offer custom orders?
    Yes! Custom orders are available! Please use the Contact form with your request or you can call us at 862-251-8987.
  • If I have to make changes to my custom order, how soon do I need to do that?
    You will be able to make changes 20 days before the deadline. Once the deadline passes then no changes can be made since the product is already being worked/designed.
  • Do I need to leave a deposit for a custom or personalized order?
    Yes. I ask that you leave a 20% deposit on the order.
  • I'm on a tight budget, but would love to get a custom order for a special person. Is this something you can work with me on?
    ABSOLUTELY! I understand the meaning of budgeting and will definitely work with you on the best choices and approach for your item, and still making it a treasured item for that special person.
  • Will I get to see the product before it is finalized?
    YES!! I will provide pictures or mock-ups prior to the product being finalized. This will allow you to approve or make any necessary changes.
