Where you do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in the United States.  Currently we do not offer International shipping but looking to add in the near future :)

Question 2

Help! My package has not yet arrived! How can I track?

Your shipping confirmation is sent as soon as the tracking information is logged. If you have not received your shipping confirmation, please contact us with your order number by either calling 862-251-8987 or email us at aroundthecornergiftshop@gmail.com.  In the event the carrier has lost the package, please file a claim directly with the carrier as we are not responsible for lost packages once it has left our hands.

I would love to personalize a gift in your shop. Is that available?

Yes! Most of the gifts are customizable to your liking as they are handcrafted by me :) Simply describe the personalization you wish within the product options prior to ordering. If we have any questions, we will reach out to you.

Do you offer custom orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Custom orders are available! Please use the Contact form with your request or you can call us at 862-251-8987.

Question 5

If I have to make changes to my custom order, how soon do I need to do that?

Accepted Answer

You will be able to make changes 20 days before the deadline.  Once the deadline passes then no changes can be made since the product is already being worked/designed.

Do I need to leave a deposit for a custom or personalized order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I ask that you leave a 20% deposit on the order.

I'm on a tight budget, but would love to get a custom order for a special person. Is this something you can work with me on?

ABSOLUTELY! I understand the meaning of budgeting and will definitely work with you on the best choices and approach for your item, and still making it a treasured item for that special person.

Question 8

Will I get to see the product before it is finalized?

Accepted Answer

YES!! I will provide pictures or mock-ups prior to the product being finalized. This will allow you to approve or make any necessary changes.

I ordered an item that was handcrafted but decided I don't want it. Can I return it?

Accepted Answer

Hand crafted items are non-returnable.  This is partially due because each is uniquely created and not reproduced.

Question 10

Can I use the planters outside?

Accepted Answer

Each planter is made differently requiring different care instructions. The description will guide you on the care for the planter you purchased.  All are waterproofed on the inside of the planter. Some are not however waterproofed on the outside therefore do not recommend leaving out in extreme weather conditions.  You will receive care instructions for the planter you purchased :)

My order arrived damaged. Can I get a refund?

Having an item arrive damaged is discouraging and frustrating. Unfortunately when it leaves our studio and in possession of the carrier, we cannot be responsible. We ask that you provide pictures of the damaged item and share that with us. Depending on the product, we may be able to offer a percentage off towards your next purchase. Each item is packaged very carefully so we want to ensure it arrives safely.

I ordered an item but need to cancel it.

You have 24 hours to cancel your order.  Please email me at aroundthecornergiftshop@gmail.com. After that time you will not be able to cancel your order and it will be shipped.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Accepted Answer

No. Since this is a very unique business, handcrafted items are made in small batches. I believe in quality VS quantity and ensure that is met with every purchase.
